PHYSICAL ABUSE
- Willfully causing or attempting to cause physical injury; Hitting, kicking, biting, slapping, shaking, pushing pulling, punching, choking beating, scratching, pinching, pulling hair, stabbing, burning, threatening with a weapon or threatening to physically assault;
- Harming the child of the spouse;
- Forcible physical restraint;
- Holding the victim hostage
VERBAL ABUSE
- Threatening to hurt or kill the spouse or victim or his/ her children, family, pets, property or reputation.
- Name calling.
- Yelling, screaming and terrorizing

SEXUAL ABUSE
- Compelling the spouse or the other person by force or threat to engage in or conduct or act, sexual or otherwise, from which the spouse or the victim has the right to abstain;
- using force, coercion, guilt or manipulation or not considering the victim’s desire to have sex. contacting the victim in any Non-consensual way, including unwanted penetration or touching (stroking, kissing, licking or using objects) on any part of the victim’s body
EMOTIONAL ABUSE
- Wilfully or knowingly placing or attempting to cause the spouse or the victim, fear of physical injury or to hurt the child of the spouse or victim;
- Name calling.
