SEXUAL ABUSE

  • Compelling the spouse or the other person by force or threat to engage in or conduct or act, sexual or otherwise, from which the spouse or the victim has the right to abstain;
  • using force, coercion, guilt or manipulation or not considering the victim’s desire to have sex. contacting the victim in any Non-consensual way, including unwanted penetration or touching (stroking, kissing, licking or using objects) on any part of the victim’s body
